All returns of instruments for credit after 24 hours are subject to a 20% Re-Stocking Fee.
Strings and Accessories are subject to a 10% Re-stocking Fee.
Strings and Accessories will only be exchanged only if in the original un-opened packaging.
Returns are for store credit or merchandise only.
